The processing time for orders placed on cuckoo.ae takes up to 3 business days. Then depending on where you live, your product may take a longer or shorter period of time to be delivered. If your product has not arrived after 10 business days of placing your initial order, please contact our customer support team by emailing us for order updates and more information regarding your shipment.

Where can I shop for CUCKOO products in person?
CUCKOO products can be found at a variety of retail stores across the U.A.E, including Harmanhouse stores and SharafDG. However, since not every CUCKOO product is available at every store, we encourage you to call ahead or visit the retailer’s website.
